That's the sign up form for teams. We've already signed up as a team 
What format will our first match be? Looking forward to something other than bullet or 960 because I dont really like either.

have you found the tournament tab yet? For me when I want to play live chess online, I go to play and I can also find the tournament tab at the top on the right, not sure if its the same for you

oh ok thank you. Those tournaments are called Daily Tournaments, and if you look at your group member home page, you should find those tournament matches, under the daily tab located on the far right, where you should see a list of tabs for the club home page, hope that helps
