if you right click on something on a page you can click "inspect" (this wont always work on some browsers and some operating systems like Mac OS.) Once you enter the inspect mode you can edit the HTML code of the site. then you can insert your own code, in this case "<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/dQw4w9WgXcQ" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen></iframe>". Then when you exit inspect mode the changes you made will show up until you reload.
