Chess Dojo?

Is anyone a member of the Chess Dojo? What’s your experience with it? I’ve been a member for about a year. I think I’ve learned a lot, but my rating has not increased at all. I find it difficult to find time to complete some of the live activities in the training plan like sparring, postmortems, and reviewing games with others.

I haven't joined the Dojo but have enjoyed their podcast; the series they did on the best World Chess Championships of all time was pretty neat. Their training program seems pretty intense from what I've heard, I think I'd find it difficult to complete too.

I know the question was primarily about Chess Dojo, but the secondary point is chess rating improvement.

If the motivation for the question is, "If I put in the time to complete the live activities, will it actually improve my chess rating?" Even if it does for someone else, that might not be the right method for everyone at all stages.

Hot take: as with anything, if it isn't happening, it's because you don't really want it to happen.
