What is the advantage of 'points'?
Chess Dominance's General Chess Discussion

Points show how active you are on chess.com, but other than that they don't mean much.I guess points are just a little bonus because chess.com wants people active, and to be rewarded when they are :) But this forum isn't about that, it's just for people who have something to say about chess

Do you know of any games where the rooks are brought out very early in the game ?
Not me, but then again I'm a beginner so I don't know

I could look into that. There are a few openings where the rook is brought out 2-3 move...
I need to check those out lol

I have just noticed. They tell in order to improve your game watch(examine) GMs' games. This morning I 'WATCHED' blitz matches of Carlsen,Morozevich...e.t.c.You should believe first then you should do.By watching them I felt the superiority of their play (it is obvious of course )and this can make your approach to games change a lot.Sometimes you should take a break and observe how the others are observing.
Feel free to post any questions or just something that you would like to say about chess, here. It's kinda our version of the actual forum "General Chess Discussion," except it's member only. Thanks guys!
