Chess Ladder

There is a ladder of people that you want to climb by challenging somebody on the line. When the game is over, the underdog moves halfway up for winning and moves down 1 for losing, and the player higher up moves halfway down for losing and moves up 1 for winning.

(A) means that the player is active.

(I) means that the player is inactive.

(U) means that the player is unavailable.

(M) means that the player is playing the maximum number of games - 1.

(F) means that the player has fixed or frozen his or her spot and will not move up or down the ladder.

(R) means that the player hs been restricted from participating in the ladder until the restriction is lifted.

(E) means that the player is a chess engine with a preset opponent strength.

So we start with the rating 1000?

apparently

you start with level 1000, which allows plenty of room to move up and down

the levels show how far below somebody is rated

the second number is how many games you have completed, which is used to show how accurate your level is and as a way to order people with the same rating

 I joined first, so I automatically got placed at the top. Then I locked in that position. Don't worry, nobody can be on freeze more than a week until they play a game with no freeze.

But if I win a game, do I get over you?

 When I unfreeze or after 5 days (2 days have passed)
