I love the old school WCs like Fischer, Tal, Kaspárov, & Capablanca (I'll include Judit Polgar in this list 😁). I also really love Sadistic Tushi (streaming), Gotham (long-form), iwantcheckmate, Dr. Can's Clinic, & Adventures of a Chess Noob.

I really think theres no single answer to this. I feel like Magnus is the GOAT of chess so far. However:
1. For innovation on the board, I love the likes of Mikhail Tal, Richard Rapport, Arjun Erigaisi, Daniil Dubov, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Alireza Firouzja etc.
2. Championing chess: Vishy sir, Sagar & Amruta, Samay, Hikaru, Bobby Fischer (very mixed bag but I believe each contributed vastly into specific aspects of chess).
3. streaming entertainment: Chessbrahs (Aman Hambleton especially), Levy Rozman, Botez sisters, Dina Belenkaya, Anna Cramling , and ofcourse Daniel Naroditsky (R.I.P), Ben Finegold (absolute legend).
4. Commentators from different eras (Yasser Seirewan, Tanya Sachdeva, Harshit Raja, Aman Hambleton, Grischuk, Mikhail Komarov (legend)).
