I bought this software. Not too bad. I like the idea of downloading my own pgn's but they seemed to be rather large. Is there a plan to compress them? Also a would like a search function. But I did enjoy the Fried Liver section. I had not played it much and it helped me prepare for this opening. I then used it tonight at our meeting.

Hi Keyif,

I am the developer of ChessDB, thank you for your feedback. There is no limit to the size of the pgn files you can download onto ChessDB, but keep in mind that larger pgn files take longer to load. There is already an update pending Apple's approval, but after that update, there will be a better Search feature.

As for the Fried Liver, hehe yeah, there are some fun games in that database. Have you checked out the Short Brilliancies database? I thought those were some pretty tactically slick games.
