That looks so cool. Will certainly try it out
Chrome extension - approval for fair play

Inspired by the end of the 1st Matrix movie, I thought about (maybe) adding force field style "disturbances" in the background matrix. For example, when a piece lands in a square, the letters in the digital rain background can be pushed a bit using some distance-dependent acceleration, kind of like when you throw a stone into a lake and it creates ripples originating from a central point. Maybe. Not sure. Open to suggestions...
p.s. This is a free open-source work-in-progress code, so if someone wants to join me in this adventure - you're welcome.

Hi,
First of all, I just wanna say that Chess.com is an AWESOME site!
Support mentioned this community, so I hope this is the right place for this question...
I just wrote a small free open-source Chrome extension for Chess.com, adding Matrix-style digital rain to standard boards. My extension changes the board UI, but does NOT help players in any way. Is there a concept like "Approved for usage during games by Chess.com" badge, so people can relax knowing that using this extension during games does not violate fair play?
Demo video, extension installation, GitHub repo, etc. are here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chess-digital-rain/bahgnadepjfgmbhaejlnpmjnkdemmgdd
WDYT?
