Ok I decided to clarify a few things:

1. If CL controls Jailor into someone who isn't the jailee, the Jailor will visit the player but won't jail or exe them.

why

Jailor is not Control immune, therefore they will visit the CL's second target even if they won't do their NA on them. This goes for Mediums, Jesters, Executioners etc. too. These roles have no NA but will still visit the CL's second target.

After consideration, I decide to add it back. But tbh I doubt if players will use it anyways.
