There is time in 90+30, so carefully consider every position. Forcing moves, yes. If nothing there, look for your opponent's ideas. No? Positional ideas (piece play, pawn play, exchanges). There will be something more often than not. If still none, than just play a simple improving move that should in some way or the other be helpful.

u need to look for holes in your opponents position and your position. U need to do piece manuvers to get them to the best sqaure. U also need to beware of tactical opportunities and ideas for yourself and your opponent. Also if your up material try forcing trades if your like down a piece for 2 pawns trade as many pawns if ur up pawns trade pawns. Also its a lot more positional than rapid or blits.
