Club Community and Posting Policies (2 Minute Read)

IF we choose to take action you will be sent instructions on how to appeal.

Welcome to the party! To ensure the success of this club it is essential to have strict rules set in place. Please fully read this forum. Not reading this forum could result in an accidental rule break on your part. These rules will be STRICTLY ENFORCED. Administrators are NOT excused from these rules. All member must follow them.

Club Community Policy:

1. Do not use any racial slurs or discriminate against any club members. This could result in an instant ban or mute with NO warning.

2. No cursing, swearing, or foul language in general. If you use foul language in a forum or something like that make sure you say so in the forum name to notify all members who click it.

3. Do not post auto-links. No auto-friend, auto-join, or any auto-links of any sort.

4. When posting links to YouTube videos make sure the video is appropriate OR mark the link as explicit/innapropriate.

5. No advertising. You will NOT be banned for advertising however it could result in a permanent muted or more. Even partnered club should NOT be advertised more than a few times to make sure no-one is spamming the club.

6. Promotions and demotions. You can contact @Bird-Seed about promotions to coordinator. If you want a higher promotion like to admin or SA than please contact @coro. If you are demoted please do not complain in club or to administrators. Please accept your demotion. If you believe the demotion was unfair or accidental you will be informed on how to file an appeal. Also do NOT complain about demotions even in DMs with administrators. We aren't here to listen to you complaining. We are here to run the club smoothly.

7. Accept all members into the community. Do not skip over or ignore anyone. If you believe they are being negative in the community you can file a report to @coro.

8. Reporting rule breaking. If you see rule-breaking going on in the club than PLEASE file a report to @coro If possible include screenshots of the incident. If you are admin or above please take a screenshot and then delete the rule breaking comment(s).

9. Getting a player unbanned or protesting your ban. If you are banned from the club but believe it was unfair you can file a complaint to @coro. All cases are considered as we want all players to find there spot in our community. Players who are demoted/banned/muted will be informed on how to file an appeal.

Club Posting Policy: 

When posting please consider the relevancy of the matter. Please do not spam forums or notes. Additionally please make sure your post is relevant. Do not make posts like "____ is so mean" or "_____ broke the rules". If you have a complaint like that than please let a club administrator know. Make sure you mark your post as explicit or including foul language if there is any form of swears, or stuff like that in your post. Notes and live chat: Some rules are more lax in notes and live chat. If your note gets deleted and you think it shouldn't have been than contact staff. DO NOT CONTINUE TO SPAM YOUR COMMENT UNTIL ADMINS GET TIRED OF DELETING IT. This could get you into serious trouble and result in a mute or even a ban in large scale cases.
