Hello everyone!

We’re creating this forum to ensure that our club remains a happy, welcoming, and safe space for all members. To support that, we’re introducing a simple Code of Conduct.

Don’t worry—this isn’t meant to be overly strict or intimidating. It’s just a set of basic guidelines to help everyone feel comfortable, respected, and included. By being part of this club, we all share the responsibility of maintaining a positive environment where everyone can enjoy, participate, and express themselves freely.

While interacting in this club, please keep the following in mind:

PROPER ETIQUETTE

• Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

• Every member deserves respect, regardless of their ELO, background, religion, gender, etc.

• Any rude or inappropriate remarks will be removed by Admins or Super Admins, and appropriate action may be taken (warning, mute, kick, or ban).
• Do not spam or use abusive language of any manner

BE INCLUSIVE

• Be welcoming and make sure everyone feels included 😄

• Do not make fun of others without reason.

• Support each other and learn together.

CHESS GUIDELINES

• The use of unfair means (engines, outside help, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Win with humility and lose with grace.

• Do not accuse others of cheating without solid proof.

MODERATORS

• Moderators are here to maintain a positive environment.

• In case of any conflict, harassment, or issues, please reach out to them.

• Treat moderators with respect.

If a moderator declines a request, that decision applies across the entire team. Please do not approach another moderator after receiving a refusal.

However, if you disagree with a decision made by an Admin, you may contact the Super Admins for further review.
