First, we need the necessary # of players (members) playing?
Second, it will be start on a weekend or if you guys want, the members decide when to start?
Third, the drawings are random. I will post the drawings when the tournament starts. Remember: "It is "elimination." So "losing is not an option"-unknown
Fourth, if the players post their game and results on the forum, so everyone can review the game and do analysises, that would be great. Also, I check on the progress every few days (since the limit of days is 3) on the matches and the results. If it is stalemate since no draws allowed then both players play a rematch with a limit of 1 day.
Fifth, it really depends on long the matches take.

my raitings low but thats because i onlly play high ranked players with a few exseptions.
my rating is low cause i keep forgeting to check my email and make my move. Last time i lost 3 games cause i had the flu and couldn't use the computer. (oh well it happens) for the tournament i am going to write it down so i don't forget!
