yeah
Could I get a refund of points

Nobody should gain or lose points for a resignation on move 2 and check your grammar. I don't even know what you mean by "others points increase"

There is no system for that if you play bughouse and your partner get disconnected even then you never get points. If you have played bughouse tournament then also you never get points if your partner resign at move number 2

And if you think in 4 PC teams you not get good partner then make partner setting or play self partner variant

I not asking for points, I am asking to not lose points and If someone resigns on move 1 nobody loses or gains points expect the one you resigned so I say it should be the same for the first 2 moves.

That was not move number one .
Many players play more than one move and only your partner has not play second move

So I should get punished for it and check your grammar "has not play second move:
You will not get any refund point and language means what you want to say need to be understood by other.

I will get a refund as I have already got one a while back and second of all I am not reading you text as I don't understand what you are trying to say. You are probably a 10 year old or younger thinking the world revolves around you.

I was playing teams and he resigned on move 2 for no reason and I lost 19 points. I think it should be he loses his amount of points (-0.5 which is the normal amount of leaving turn 1) and nobody else gains or loses like usual.
