Crazyhouse + Atomic has many technical difficulties.

960 and 3-check are already on the server; Bughouse and Crazyhouse can easily be played in chess.com/play

Bughouse is like 4pc, I will make a custom variant called Bughouse that must be played Teams.
Crazyhouse will be added as a new rule in the future.

yup. bughouse won't happen. 4p bughouse would require a ton ton of work (there's not space for two boards really, and questionable if anyone would even play it. just think about matchmatking, how long it takes to get a 4p game going, and you'd need 8 players. and all the work to program handling 8 players. in the end, it's just not feasable.

It is if you can use the same board. Pieces one captures go to their teammate on the same bosrd and you just play teams like that

I didn't want 4p bughouse.
I wanted 2p bughouse of the 4pc server.
since you need 4 players anyways
smaller variants that are not fully recognized on the website where they would have a place to play live would be decent to have in variants server
*cough* 8 Player Chess *cough*
It would also be decent if we could have a daily system for every variant in the variants servers, or at least daily systems for the big ones

The thing is that 8 player chess has almost just the same problems as 4p bughouse
We should be able to add Crazyhouse as a custom variant rule.
Crazyhouse cannot be combined with Atomic.
