Lately we are not doing well with Team vote chess , loosing on time thats because of lack of co ordination.Certain protocols will be set to overcome this drawback.
Every vote chess will have a captain and an additional vice captain.
Criteria for a captain will be on rating , where as for vice captain will be rating and regularity.
Guys willing to be any of this two are welcome ...Just type in ur name and u will be assigned to lead a game
For now will be assigning captains and vice captain on the performance in team vote chess .
Decisons taken by captain / vice captain (in absese of captain) are to be followed by all members participating in vote chess.
Any captain or vice captain who feels they won't be able to take responsibliety please inform in this forum , in addition to this if any of captain or vicecaptian if feels they won't be able to be online for more than 2 days then please inform in this forum.
Any conduct of misbehaviour will result in serious action which may include ban or even removing from the team
