How long were you on the page for? my theory is that it was either:
- left up for a time;
- right during the time we changed site versions with a minor update (we update the site 100's of times a week)

it was shortly before i posted here.
I don't always take the time to take snips of problems, i'd spend more of my day reporting problems if that were the case...

How often does this happens? Does it persist after retry? Did you notice any patterns, like it happens only after 15-20 minutes of inactivity, or only when you are logged in with remember me option etc?
I also had the same dilemma, but I only needed to wait an hour and try to sign up again. You might have to hit sign in even if you don't have an account yet. Once you do that, you press forgot password and I think there should be the option to sign in with Google. Even though you may think that just signing up the normal way would work because you sign in with Google on both, this was the only way that would work for me. Also, I got the free version so I am unsure what problems could arise when you are getting the one you have to pay for. This was the only way for me to fix it, but you may have to use someone else's method.
I just got this message when trying to post a note in one of my groups, it appeared on that red band at the top... Needless to say my note didn't post and needed re-typing... i hope this won't be an ongoing problem
