So go into chess.com analysis, make your moves for the setup that the games will start with(could be opening, or that pieces are jumbled etc.)
Copy the FEN(you can obtain this from the small download icon towards the bottom when done with the setup) and where it says custom FEN option when making the tournament, you paste the FEN there and continue.

Hello Checkmate Fans —
As Coordinator, I want to make a contribution to this club by organizing matches. Given that I’m a variant fan, I would like to make the matches I make not standard.
While I can’t have variant matches, I can create custom positions for the Matches.
If I knew how.
Right now, I don’t know how, so I would appreciate it if someone told me. Once I know, I shall create a new custom Daily Match to make things very interesting.
