Is someone familiar with this opening variation? It seems unorthodox to me to have a d4-c4 pawn constellation as white.
I detest both positions, black's and white's, as both are just standing their ground.
Here follows the suggested move by lichess, position about equal.
Has anyone ever dealt with such kind of openings (often seen in g6) and knows general ideas?
