Black line found via engine, white gets a small advatage if they play perfectly, but you have to be booked on it.

Why not 8. Qxd2?

sabhijit

can someone do reverse dath theory

sabhijit
The 1. d4 revcersed daeth, easy equality.

Why can't you play 2.h4 against 1...Nf6?

Btw, the question mark is supposed to end the sentence, not suggest a bad move.

Also, I am referring to post #2.

e4 as stated in the reversed daeth vs e4 is the hardest to deal with and my variations there still aren't concrete and waiting for peer editation

This game which i picked out of our bdaeth games database has the potential to unlock the reversed daeth vs 1.e4:

I like the idea of essentially having a Scandinavian variation of the daeth against e4 (A bit like west_storm's game). I'm undecided so far as to how to transpose it. h5 first then d5, or d5 then h5?

sabhijit

It could be a scandinavian but if 3.e5 it leads to a nimzovich-ish position.

Compare (WHich one is better)

falcogrine

I think d5 might be good to do before h5.

c4 is more illusive and provokes g6
