Here are some possible ideas that I found with an engine.
Daeth opining theory

Did he really just push the h-pawn?! *hurl* on a side note, what if black plays 2. ...c5, reaching a reversed queen's gambit where white has thrown in the (not particularly useful) h4?

In answer to ur question/rude comment lol:
Also, why don't you like h4? It is the future of chess.

Some really important questions that we really should consider:
What is the daeth opining? Is it d4 and h4 that makes an opening daeth? Is Bf4 an important part of daeth or is it just a variation? How long can you delay h4 before the opening is no longer considered daeth? Should h4 always be played on the second move?

I would say the advance of the h pawn is what makes an opining the daeth. For example, I like the Scandinavian Daeth (pg 1). I would say that h4 must be played before development is complete.

My response:
The daeth is classified phsically by the move h4 on move 2 or 3 in convenient circumstances, but the main idea is a kingside attack or expansion. The light square bishop as white on f4 (and rarely g4) and the dark squared bishop as black on f5 and g4 are a critical part of the opening.I would also say that h4 must be played before development is complete.
Hey Guys,
For your King's Indian Line, after 6.f3, look at the reply 6...c5! Trading pawns and queens is bad for white, amd pushing d4-d5, black will Play Qa5, taking advantage of white's queenside. his plan may consist of Nbd7-b6/e5 and/or a Nfd7-e5, a possible Rb8 and b7-b5. White must respond to this, or he will be in trouble. for instance after 7.d5 Qa5 8.Nge2 Nbd7 9.g4? Nb6 10. Qb3 ( 10.Ng3 Nxg4!) 10...Nfd7 11.Nf4 Ne5 white looks very bad. Instead of g4, 9. Qb3 must be played. However, black plays Ne5, and black has equalizes quite easily. White will be tied down in defense, and his uncastled king is a liabilty as well. Any advantage he hoped to achieve is quite gone.

c5 (FOR NOW) is met by nge2

Also, I do not like 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 Bg7 4. e4 d6 5. h4. I think h4 is delayed too much. I think 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. h4 would be better.

which is a better way for attaining the daeth opening as black when facing 1.e4. so far I've been using the Caro-Kann but lately have been thinking the Nimzovitch 1...Nc6 2...d5 line is better since with the caro-kann white has some annoying sidelines (1.e4/c6 2.d4/d5 3.f3 or 3.e5/Bf5 4.Be2)

Against 10...0-0-0 in the Scandinavian line white does have hxg4 now with the e1 rook protecting e5. Other than that it's a nice line

Scandinavian is my pick and should white try to transpose into a BDG the fully accepted line with c6 . At this point it's best to abandon the death and go with the kind of play one would do if he's just up material and not try to force a formation. I suggest declining the zilbermints with c6 as well
It can be played butits sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much easier with a pawn on g6
