This match finished in Nov 2024 and I can't see any changes to player status. What is going on?

I'm getting a "1040"! Can't remember seeing that one before.
"ERROR 1040 (HY000): Too Many Connections
This error occurs when the MySQL server has reached its maximum allowed number of concurrent client connections. The server is unable to accept any new connections until existing connections are closed or terminated"
Other members are reporting odd things happening today (an HTTP 421) although I haven't had problems.
