I'm probably stupid, but can someone explain to me how this is a draw? It seems like Black is put in Zugwang and has to give up his queen.

Analysis says white is winning after 9. Kd7

I agree that White is winning. If Black is not careful, Black will lose the Queen. Meanwhile, White can promote the d-pawn.
