Asajj Ventress: Dooku's first Force-using minion, Asajj is A Nightsister from Dathomir. In The Clone Wars, Tyranus abandoned her and left her for dead after a failed mission, but she was far from dead. A new TV show called Tales of the Underworld is coming out, telling of what happened to her after. Watch it for more info.
General Grievous: The four-armed cyborg Kaleesh was intentionally crashed after Dooku bribed San Hill, A Inter-Galactic Banking Clan leader, into crashing his shuttle. Then he came to the rescue, acting as if it was an accident that Dooku had nothing to do with. Dooku had them rebuild him, also taking some of his compassion, in return for his service. He accepted, and is now one of the most powerful non Force-using beings in the galaxy.
Location 1: an open arena, anything goes.
Location 2: Southern Mustafar, full of lava. One slip, you're dead.
Type 1: weapons allowed.
Type 2: no weapons, only the Force and brute strength.
