[Date "????.??.??"] for daily games via archive download

Carrying this over from https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/live-games-missing-from-archives as it is a separate problem and has persisted for several days.

EndDate and EndTime are present (and for daily games I mostly want EndDate for sorting as the web archive interface does) but this has to be a bug. Any game database wants the Date value.

Thank you @skelos, we have found the source of the error and we will restore the correct Date for daily games in the upcoming hours.

Andrea, looks good. I'm not seeing reports from my tools about missing Date headers any longer.
