Here is how it works. The department contains 3-5 members. They will join a separate club private for them only. It is the owners decision whether to make the department get promoted to coordinators (most likely yes). They will moniter the club chats and stuff. They have the permission to ban members who violate the rules. But they must come up with a good reason for why they banned the member to either me or Shang. Put a Thumbs Up if you like the idea or a thumbs down if you dont like the idea. The voting will end in April 15!!!
