I have one idea, which will enable us to keep the length of the league within the limits of normal. Since our last match of the group to start in early June, I think that we should introduce a rule to this match, and all are completed prior to September 1st, when started the knockout stages and playoffs for other places.
Because some matches can last for several months, if each player holds the rules that have 3 days for move. This would make a cross-section of matches on September 1 and begin the knockout stage. I see that other leagues on the website this practice. They all matches that are not finished by a certain date, declared a draw ... although I would have gone a step further in improving the rule. All matches which had not be finished, I'd put on the analysis of a chess program and if he gives the example. more than 10-point advantage for a player, he would win ..... otherwise would be declared a draw.
Like this we prevent the players who have a poor position to delay the party and come to a draw. I think it's almost 3 months enough time to finish one party. Do you agree with that?

As for the name of the matches let's go for:

Yep,sorry for that, wrong post, I thought I was writing on Belgrade post, hence Serbian. I hope you will understand, it is not easy being admin of Belgrade team - I have to do everything myself :))
Translation: I think the year must be included.
A compromise, full name for season 1 - we become recognizable - season 2 we go WCL/WCT/
September 15th is very good.
Draw rule - nice, but do we realize the amount of work involved? Let's just pause and think about alternatives.
Dates for the rounds I would have split like this:
R1 - 1 March
R2 - 25 March
R3 - 20 April
R4 - 15 May
R5 - June 10
The challenges go eight days earlier, and one day is reserved for any objections to the match...if admina have.
All matches to finish up eg. 10 September and immediately began with the knockout phase, and the playoffs to enter the league, and the final order of the table.
Means the matches to be played at 25 days, 3 days per move. For the knockout phase, and playoffs, we shall agree more about the pace, but would begin with date that I have already stated.
The title of the tournament or challenge looks identical to the World League. Better if we put the year first to make it a bit distinct.

Suggestion to the Rules: From the group formed by the third-ranked, the top two teams go to the first division, while last play play-off games with the the top two of the group of the 4th and 5th teams. The top two of this group enter the 1st division who is formed by 12 teams.
This is also a good idea .. only if we manage to fit into the schedule ... Finale must be the last match ... after that, should not be matches
