Do admins look at reports of cheating/abuse/sandbagging at all?

So...I guess it's all automated here on chess.com, that when someone reports anyone for any offense that no one (admis) bother to check to see if there was a reason(evidence perhaps) for the report?  I guess it's funny that someone would report me for sandbagging(good joke actually I laughed) But I've been playing in the tournaments for years and have had my rating all over the place.

I rarely see bughouse tourneys pop up so sandbagging would be more rather rare in bughouse.
