From the analysis of accuracy, mistakes and finding the correct moves for master level and what I learnt and improved at each level for lower level always made me feel one thing. That same rating gap are not same.
There are some common examples which I feel and you can feel free to verify them and give your opinion in the comments. Note that is how I think, I myself is still not completely sure
From what I improved and learnt at each level to more further
•400 and 800 have lower gap than 800 than 1200 •1200 and 1400 have higher gap than 1400 and 1600 (Based on my games against 1600s while as 1400, while being a 1200 against 1400 I struggled to just not lose)
From what I saw based on how masters of different level perform as per their own/ another strong player's analysis
•2500 and 2650 have little higher gap than 2300 and 2450
2400 and 2500 have slightly higher gap than 2700 and 2800
