Do you have any ideas on how I can pass 1400 rapid

Don't fall for tactics.

I was once there as well and it was a struggle but I realized that you really have to spend your time and calculate to find great moves because the opponents at this level really take their time to think so maybe play an uncommon opening and make them think to make them be the person under pressure. I think this should do the trick. Make sure to also study ur endgame, good luck passing the 1400's!

I was never at really 1400 but I would strongly recommend tactics and focus just on the game when you are playing it
