Do you trade the rook?

Nice endgame in which you must take a choice!

Opposite colored Bs makes this a harder choice. the two protected passers are probably worth a piece. The general rule is don't trade unless you see a win. So, the question is whether Black can win that endgame. 

In blitz, I'd trade down cos I know the defense is extremely difficult. I don't know for sure though whether White had a way to draw this.
