Does an objective reality exist?

I currently see no reason to believe that there is anything other than my subjective experiences. Can anyone prove to me there exists anything independent of myself (I define myself as the sum total of my experiences, and I define an experience as either a thought or a "physical" perception [there is really no distinction between the two for me])?

Have you tried sticking yourself with a pin for so long and so hard that you say to your self,  "I think I am beginning to get the real point to all this." Remember;   I, your thoughts, are telling you  "don't do that, it might prove the point", so you say, I am not going to do that.  But your thoughts say back  "Gee,  that might have proven it".   So , you have proven it is up to you , not me  !!!

I fail to see how poking my pin is anything other than a mere perception of mine. Some of my perceptions can be ones of pain, others not. Doesn't seem to show there is anything outside of my perceptions.
