Does bullet actually help?

I was just wondering if bullet helped your chess in any way, I know playing it lots is bad but can you improve/learn from playing it?

I don't think so, although blitz can help I think

I think it can somewhat help, but blitz is already pretty quick and at least allows a little thinking time. So I think blitz is better than bullet chess.

I'm a vehement denier of bullet improving anything for beginners

It's not even anything resembling real chess until you get to like 1800 bullet at least, before that you're just premoving Fianchettos and playing anything that doesn't lose material

If you don’t have time for a longer game, you get more positions in less time, and you could look at those after the game.
