Chess without stalemate. Does it already exist?
This would be the same as saying you win the game by capturing opponent's king.
I suppose it should already exist considering stalemate was not present in precursors of chess. But, I couldn't find the name of this variant.
Does this variant already exist?

Conditional moves should be a feature
Daily Chess doesn't support variants other than Chess 960 yet lol

Online blitz (or rapid) with conditional moves (instead of premoves). Does it already exist?
Sorry, no. Most opponents don't take long enough for this to be useful.
I think allowing a combination of premoves and conditional moves would be nice to make a new variant. Before a player's turn, the player can record a few (say, 2 or 3) sequences of moves which includes premoves and conditional moves (i.e., some opponent moves can be indicated exactly and the rest can be given as 'any'). Moves from the sequence will be used as far as possible. I think this suits a short time format game (say, 2 or 3 minutes) variant which gives more importance to predicting the opponent's moves and/or ability to play good premoves.
Hi, I hope this forum topic could be a place to search whether a particular variant already exists or not.
