Download list of players & games with certain rating

Hi, anyone know how to download list of players & games with certain rating using the API?

There's no real way to do that.

You can use what's already available to get what you want. Large club list > find players in the desired rating range > get their archives

You could find one player in the desired rating range, download all their games and check if their opponents are in the same rating range. If so download their games as well.
