I noticed that this member closed their account and is no longer with us. They were playing in several tournaments, and those still active are just ending as a loss. Anyone with our club know who they were and why they might have left?

She got tagged for fair use, but she has not scored high accuracy or anything. She is asking for review.

it also happens with a bound iphone. is she using iphone? if she has bind her account and then moved to another phone - android, it is going to be flagged as suspicious especially if she is doing tournament
