Yes, ECL R4 Grad Nis - Team Barcelona is the same as WCL because Grad Nis decided so without having to take into account Team Barcelona's decission... We'd probably lose the match, but you never know if we don't have the opportunity to play...
Our match is still not definitely decided, we can not know final score until cut-off date. However, this decision was made by Grad Nis long ago, when match only started with even result of few points for each team. I want to say that decision was definitely not made because of easy double victory but only because we are small team competing in many tournaments and we would like to avoid playing different matches against the same opponent during the same season and calendar year. Also, about different rules about foreign flags in WCL and ECL, we don't want to claim any recalculations because it wouldn't be fair. Please, no hard feelings, Team Barcelona.
For the season 2016, rules for foreign flags are the same for WCL and ECL.
@Anastasakis please advise if matches of 1/8 final of 6th CWC and ECL R5 could be combined by mutual agreement
Matches in the same season, independenlty of the tournament, can be combined by mutual agreement.

Dear Anastasakis, please advise which Team was substituted by Stockholm? As far as I know we didn't have it within list of ECL Div 2 teams
