Barcelona already sent challenge to Bratislava for ECL R2...

Hello, I have a question : Lyon Echecs has to challenge Brno for round 3, but the match will also count for WCL.
Do we have to create the match now in december, or do we have to wait for the WCL match planned in july 2022 ?
Team Kharkov sent the challenge to Team Bratislava for ECL2022 R3 several days ago https://www.chess.com/clubs/match_challenge/2286227
I'm not sure, nobody contacted me about that. And I'd rather play this match in ECL, since my team doesn't have many matches to play right now. I sent message to admin of Team Bratislava, he didn't reply yet.
My understanding is that there is no specific rule, it's all up to admins to have one, or both matches. ECL2022 R3 Match Kharkov - Bratislava was created https://www.chess.com/club/matches/team-kharkov/1326859
When it's time for WCL match between our teams - admins will decide either to count ECL match for WCL league, or to set separate match.
