Be competent and communicate, to agree on those things that make sense and are feasible for all sides. Do not expect to force other people to do what you happen to want.
Yes but than we play 3-4 games for a month because others dont want to play earlier,but ok we will play when time comes and thats it.thanks anyway

You did not organize the matches to be in other months with your opponents, so the schedule must have been fine enough for your team.
Please do not try to complain about details that admins can most often easily resolve with communication and organization themselves in the EL whenever really needed.
