  1. In elections you can vote only one player (can vote more only on the permission or rule to vote more).
  2. You can not vote yourself.
  3. Current owner (at that time) can vote only if elections have a tie.
  4. It is compulsory to write @ before any election leader name.
    for ex: @xyz 
  5. you cannot vote a member who is already an superadmin or admin.
  6. You can vote co-ordinators for becoming admin.
