in my opinion the answer is b, black has a winning position, because 1...,Qxd6; 2.exd6, Rxe1+;3.Qxe1, Rxe1+

We must see, if exd6 is forced or not. Has white other resource?

-.- i was too fast in analysis.

After 1...,Qxd6; white is not forced and could play.

2. Ne4, Qb8, 3. d6, Rf6, 4. Nh5 ... Here black should give 1 Rook but could play.

4. ..., Qxd6; 5.exd6, Rxe1+; 6. Qxe1, Rxe1+ (Even material but white as a dangerous pawn in the 6th row)

4. ..., Rxd6; 5.exd6, Rxe1+; 6. Qxe1, Qxd6  (Black look like to be better)

or

4. Nxf6, Bxf6; 5. Bd5 ... 

for me white is better cause black is closed and centre is white with 2 pawn dangerous so "e"
