Exercise for people looking to play longer time controls

Your objective: tell me what black plans to do in this position, then tell me what you would play as white to secure an advantage. It took me ~10 mins, but most likely it will take more than 10mins. I want to see lines.
once a few people respond I will tell my thoughts on this position.

ok i gotta think for a little bit

DasBurner

no engines thats cheating

Stage 1(Not finished): I think black is obviously going for the d5 break in this position (i think sadge), so he's going to play bb7 after white moves. I would reinforce white's grip on the D-File with rad1

why can't White take e.p. :/

after axb rxb if white decides to pick off the a pawn with Bxa Bxa Rxa, black takes white's b4 pawn with Rxb, then proceeds with Rc4, pretty much winning with too much pressure on the c file

not deep enough. that's like two ply.

Stage 2: After White reinforces the center, I think black should play h6 to kick the bishop, the bishop will take bxf6 (i think), and after nxf6, white will play na2 and play for the c4 pawn break

hmm, maybe try to get pressure on the c file with maybe bb7 and then rc8?

I'm busy rn so i'll give lines later

idk maybe white could try to attack the kingside

sndeww

17. axb6 Rxb6 18. Reb1 Rc5, black will play h6 and g5 (either now or later), then push d5 with a huge initiative

so Rad1 h6 Bxf6 Nxf6 Na2? c4 isn't a threat, so black goes ahead with d5!? exd5 Rd8 (or something like that)

if black ignores c4 white can play cxb5 and after axb5 white has a passed a pawn i think

Nd5 Nxd5 Qxd5 Bb7 black takes over the initiative. black also has h6 f5 ideas after white's queen moves.
