Fair Play

If a person gets their chess.com account closed for fair play, are their tournament results in past USCF tournaments on chess.com revised within the USCF system?  I had my suspicions about a past player in a couple of U1450 blitz tournaments a couple of weeks back.  I see now the player's account was closed.

In looking through the USCF rules, I suspect nothing will happen. Cheating has to happen in the USCF tournament and they would have to be notified. Does chesscom notify the USCF anytime someone cheats on site - I highly doubt it. Maybe if the cheating was determined to have happened in the actual USCF tourny they might. Given how incredibly rare this would be, I doubt chesscom has anything in place to notify USCF.

I also found this which suggests to me - YOU can submit the complaint yourself:

 Reporting Cheating:
  • If you suspect cheating, you must submit a written complaint to the USCF main office.
  • Include all relevant information, including your name, the names of the suspected cheaters, the date and location of the event, and any specific instances of cheating that you witnessed.
  • Provide detailed supporting evidence, such as photos, videos, or game records, to back up your claims.
  • There is an administrative fee associated with filing a complaint.

If an account is closed for fair play before events are submitted and the fair play closure included games from played events, those games are modified. If the closure happens after events are submitted, no changes are made
