Catalan is my go-to opening for white, super versatile and always makes for an interesting game, you can also use the same set up even if black doesn't meet d4 with d5. It works great against the slav or regular QGD (I think strictly speaking it has to be a QGD for it to be a Catalan, but people still usually call that setup for white the Catalan either way)
I like it I’ll be giving that a try
