I am almost on a same schedule as you, my friend. Only small addition is that I try to make the time to go through some master annotated games each week - I reckon I will never come out with bright ideas on my own, so I'd rather steal theirs...
this is also based on the recommendation from coach Lilov, for an untalented student with little time available (that's me :) )
