Uh where do I start? If I had to choose one I'd go with Bach...
Moonlight Sonata by Ludvic van, of course. St Matthew Passion, Johann Sebastian Bach. Beethoven again the 9th! Also the 3rd and 5th...!
I like Mozart's last work Requim mass (I don't really remember the name.) That's almost the only Mozart I like.
I love Chopin. Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. Adagio by Samuel Barber.
Shubert, Paganini, Shostakovitch, The Four Seasons by Vivaldi, of course. Tchaikovsky! Tomaso Albinoni(wow!). I just know I'm gonna curse myself for some of the greats I'm forgetting. I love John Williams' renditions of classics for guitar and how he plays them.
If you like these guys then check out Zbignew Preisner, Yann Tiersen, Guy Farley, Philip Glass, Clint Mansel, I should also perhaps name Paco de Lucia with his heart of fire.

My very favorite has to be Barber's Adagio - I can actually feel it moving through my bones, I have never heard anything that has such a strong effect on me mentally as well as physically. I just want to crawl into the sounds.

Did you guys see the movie Amadeus? It is a cool movie and has a lot of short pieces of beautiful music.

Bach: 5th symphony, Toccata and fugue
Mozart: eine kleine nacht music, 40th symphony
Sibelius: Finlandia (ofc, since I'm from Finland)
Orf: Carmina burana (yea its not by THE classical composers and it was made in 1930's but still I think it can be counted)
Clint Mansellini: Lux aeterna (yea again not a classical composer but still great and ominous piece of music, look it up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLJllk-0o6c )
Those were the ones I could name right of the bat, there are lot more I listen from a kind of compilation form time to time but cant remember the names

Bach's Sixth Brandenburg Concerto. So beautiful it ought to violate some law or something.
Third movement of Bizet's symphony in C, with an honorable mention to Les Carillons.
Opening (and closing) to Stravinski's Agon ballet.
Once I watched Yuja Wang's performance of Prokovief's 3rd piano concerto at bedtime and actually had trouble falling asleep because it was such an energetic performance.
Any of BAch's Suites for cello.

Does anyone want to tell us your favorite Classical Music?
I really like a couple of overtures from Richard Wagner - Tannhauser and Die Meistersinger von Nuremberg.
Anyone else?
