Favourite variant?

I love fog of war, atomic, 4p giveaway, Amazon jungle, basically the things I'm good at

There might be a litttttle bias but I like Acheron and Ashtandrez best.

I've been playing Explosive Magic recently, and it's a really interesting and complex variant. It mixes Atomic Chess, King of the Hill, and limited spell mechanics on a 10x10 board, with fairy pieces like the Xiangqi Horse, Dragon Bishop, and General. You can win by checkmate or by getting your king to the center, but at the same time, you have to be careful with atomic explosions. Torpedo Pawns can move two squares at any time and promote past the hill (9th rank) to a Bishop, Alfil, Knight, or Dabbaba, which adds even more strategy. After playing dozens of games, I still haven't fully wrapped my head around all the possibilities. If you like chess variants that require a lot of thinking and planning, you should definitely give it a try.

If Allegiance gets accepted, I can kid you not you will see a different side of Atomic.

FFA (king safety also). I also would like to try it with Takeover, but I can't get anyone else on board...
