I will get the party started with some thoughts / my favorite moments from the February's Bulletin:
1) LOVED GM l'Ami's answer to "his favorite player of the opposite sex"!
2) I thought William's Budapest Article was fantastic, and followed up with the video (thanks Mike) makes it even better. He breaks down Black's plans in the Budapest Gambit, stemming from the great Rapport win over Gelfand, in a simplistic manner that left me wondering "why have I not tried out this opening before"? In the video he talks about the plans (a5, Ra6 to kingside, etc) and it makes the Budapest more attractive than ever... Though I admit, I am waiting to see his his videos on the 4.Bf4 lines
as I think those offer better play for White.
3) Gormally's complete of the 6.h3 line was as instructive as ever and what we have come to expect from Danny.
Finally I admit I didn't get a deep look at Lorin's piece on the Tata Steel B-Group best games, but hopefully will get some time tomorrow!
Danny
