It is quite involved but it is forced. No need to say how many moves as when you find the full line you'll know.

Bh5+

If rook or queen blocks, take and red wins easily.

If Kc11,

Qa11+, Kd10

Qd6++, Ke9 (Q can't block because of take)

And then just hunt the king down to mate or take rook and queen. Not gonna calculate all the sequences to mate.
