I play in CCA tournaments and playing one this Saturday and Sunday.They are very strict on cheating and due to that I think they will not allow online titles

I recently signed up for the online arena and will tell you that the number of players online is near non-existent. Even during the day, you cannot find any FIDE rated games. I recommend sticking with Chess.com until the online arena's population increases dramatically.

I usually can't get a game there. Certainly not a rated one. If you're not a bullet/blitz player, then this site is a waste of time and money. Honestly, I feel like I was scammed.
